Lovely!!
We were in Hotel La Mariposa in Tulum last August and it is definitely a lovely place to enjoy your vacation!!! Our colored room was very clean and comfortable with AC and any kind of facility (even a small kitchen!).
La Mariposa is not on the beach, but it is at a short walking distance from the city center and it was very nice to walk back to the hotel in the evening after dinner under the starry sky!! (It is also definitely safe) The owners are absolutely nice and ready to support you. It is a happy and peaceful place and the price-quality ratio is excellent. - Moniex, Italy
A Jewel waiting to be discovered
Set off the main street in downtown Tulum, lies a charming, fresh ,super clean small hotel. The new owners, Mariza and Guillermo are extra accomodating and give you a great value for your pesos.
They joyfully help you with any questions you might have about the area and all of Mexico for that matter. Their fluency in English helps alot. Very quiet and peaceful spot and close to beaches and restaurants. -thtmiami, Miami, Florida
Tulum! "La Mariposa" warm and welcoming owners!
My best girl friend and I just returned from Tulum. For the second half of our vacation we stayed at "La Mariposa". Mariza and Guillermo are absolutely the most warm and friendly people ever !
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms were very clean and the over all decor is beautiful. We stayed on the third floor and had a magnificant view of the town. The sunset was especially breath taking. I highly recommend staying at Hotel La Mariposa! -rainyrae278, Alberta
